摘 要:设计了一种较长管状内壁缺陷图像采集系统,主要介绍了该系统的机械结构和运动控制系统的软硬件结构,并分析了其图像采集辅助定位机构气动系统的工作原理。其中,控制系统以多轴运动卡PMAC为核心,与上位机构成双微处理器分层递阶控制框架。上级工控机主要完成系统的管理,下级PMAC主要完成伺服运算和运动控制。采用VC++MFC软件开发平台设计了上位机系统管理软件,其功能分作若干个模块来实现。下位机程序则利用PMAC自带的PEWIN32执行软件完成开发调试,实现了实时性任务处理。Designed a kind of relatively long tubular inner surface defect image acquisition system,mainly introduced the mechanical structure of the system and software & hardware structure of the motion control system,and analyzed the working principle of auxiliary positioning pneumatic system Among them,the control system with multi-axis motion card PMAC as the core,forms the double layered hierarchical microprocessor control framework with upper system.Higher level computer mainly completed the system management,and the lower PMAC mainly completed the servo operation and motion control The host computer system management software was designed by using of VC ++ MFC software development platform,whose functions were divided into several modules.Lower computer program could complete the whole process of development and debugging using with PMAC own PEWIN32 executed software,which had realized the real-time control tasks.
