摘　　要：选取ISO9001标准中技术要求较高的"7.3设计与开发"条款,借助GBZ19032-2009《质量管理体系GB/T 19001在教育组织中的应用指南》,基于专业课程开发现状,文章从课程开发的思路、具体操作内容、形成的文件或记录等方面探讨了ISO9001标准"7.3设计与开发"条款在高职院校课程开发中的应用。Taking the specialty of Biotechnology and Application for example, and choosing the item ＂7.3 design and development＂ from the standard of ISO9001 （Quality management systems-Requirements） which has the higher technical specification, and on the standard of GBZ19032-2009 （Quality management systems- guidelines for the application of GB/T19001 in education ） , this paper probes into the application of item ＂7.3 design and development＂ with IS09001 standard to the curriculum development in higher vocational colleges from the thoughts of curriculum development, detailed content, and documents or records.
