摘　　要：通过寻找有关影响创业机会识别因素来解释整个创业过程机理是创业学研究领域的重点方向。本文经实证研究发现:从创业环境动态性到创业机会识别可行性的关键影响通道是创业环境动态性→创业者个人特质→创业机会识别可行性。即创业者的个人特质在创业环境动态性对创业机会识别可行性的影响路径中具有重要的传递作用。To explain the whole mechanism of entrepreneurial process by finding factors influencing entrepreneurial opportunity identification is an important direction in the field of entrepreneurship studies. We find from empirical study that the key path from environmental dynamism to feasibility of entrepreneurial opportunity identification is dynamic entrepreneurial environmententrepreneur traitsfeasibility of entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Entrepreneur ial traits play the key transmission function in the influence path from dynamic entrepreneurial environment to the feasi bility of entrepreneurial opportunity.
