摘　　要：交际过程是一个信息发送、传输、接收、反馈的过程,在这个过程中,语言的特殊性和规范性尤为重要。在所传输的信息中,语言风格信息是一个重要的组成部分,是人际交往中更高层次的部分,对交际的影响不可忽视。总结并梳理在交际过程中语言风格与规范的重要性显而易见。The process of communication is an information transmission , reception and feedback process , in such a process , the particularity and the specification of a language is of great importance .In the information trans-mitted , the information of language style is an important part , also the higher level of interpersonal communication , the influence on communication can not be ignored .Obviously , it is important to sum up the language style and specification in the process of communication .
