摘 要:为了保护光电吊舱的内部光学载荷,减小振动对机载光电吊舱成像质量和稳定精度的影响,设计了一种用于载荷内框架安装的橡胶减振器。依据橡胶减振原理,对橡胶减振器进行了形状设计和参数计算。所设计的超薄型橡胶减振器,安装后仅使吊舱内部光学载荷相对内框架距离比安装前增大1mm。试验结果表明:振动强度测试值(加速度均方根值)明显减小,垂直方向由23.1g降至10.0g,水平方向由11.4g降至4.8g,有效地减小了振动对光学载荷的影响。光电吊舱在实际挂飞时,成像质量良好,跟踪精度满足技术指标要求。In order to protect the internal optical load of photoelectric pod,reduce vibration influences on airborne photoelectric pod's imaging quality and the stable accuracy,a rubber shock absorber was designed for the load of internal frame installation.Based on rubber damping principles,the shape of rubber shock absorber was designed and the parameters were calculated.An ultrathin rubber shock absorber was developed,and the optical load of internal frame was hoisted 1 mm after fitting the rubber shock absorber.The results of the related experiments show that:the vibration intensity test valueroot mean square acceleration is much less:from 23.1g fells to 10.0g in vertical direction,from 1 1.4g fells to 4.8g in horizontal direction,the vibration influences on the optical load are reduced effectively.The photoelectric pod mounted on aerial vehicle is applied,imaging quality is fine,tracking precision meets the technical specifications.
