摘  要:教师是一个充满智慧和需要智慧不断发展的职业。高校教师专业发展必须以智慧为引领,以自主发展为手段来实现。高校教师专业自主发展智慧的养成是其作为个体成长的需要,也是其未来专业素养达到成熟的标志,更是推进我国高校教师职业素质全面提升的要求。通过探讨高校教师专业自主发展智慧特征和价值,提出了高校教师专业自主发展智慧养成的实现路径。Teaching, a career full of wisdom, requires wisdom for continuous development. The development of college and university teachers' profession must be guided by wisdom and realized through autonomous development. The cultivation of wisdom of teachers' professional development is not only the needs of individual development, but also the requirements for promoting their occupation quality, and the indication of their maturity. Through discussing the characteristics and the significance of the development of wisdom of the teacher' professional autonomous develop- ment, the paper presents relevant methods for realizing them.
