摘  要:在科学技术日益发展的今天,国际竞争日趋激烈,各国将未来竞争力高低的干预关键点转向了教育领域,而高质量的早期教育则日益成为各国教育改革发展的重要着眼点。为确保高质量的早期教育,美国在婴幼儿学习与成长标准化方面提出了改革举措,并促成其婴幼儿早期学习标准的形成。通过对美国婴幼儿早期学习标准制定的发展进程、内容、特点及影响等的研究,可以更深入地理解其婴幼儿早期教育是如何在纲领性学习及成长标准的指导下实施和改进的。During the era of the rapid development of science and technology, international competition has been increasingly fierce, and countries are turning its intervention key points of future competitive into the field of education. High-quality early education is in- creasingly becoming a major attention of the countries education reform. To ensure a high quality early education, America has proposed reform initiatives on learning and growing standardization of infants and toddlers, and facilitated the formation of early learning stan- dards. Studying the development process, content, features and impact of early learning standards for infants and toddlers, we can find how the American early learning standards for infants and toddlers to implement and improve under the guidance of standards of learn- ing and growing.
