摘  要:农村女教师专业发展是印度在普及初等教育、提高教育质量时必须关注的问题。印度政府在各种计划和政策文件中都关注农村女教师的专业发展问题,鼓励更多的初等教育女教师参加入职培训和在职培训,促进她们的专业发展和教学改善。但在印度农村女教师中存在专业发展素质较低、专业发展动力不足、专业发展效果不理想等方面的问题,对这些问题的分析与研究对思考我国基础教育中农村教师专业发展问题具有一定的启示作用。It must focus on the professional development of female teachers in rural areas during realizing universal primary education, and improving the quality of education in In- dia. The Indian government has concerned with the problems of rural female teachers pro- fessional development in a variety of plans and policy documents to encourage more female teachers in primary education to participate induction training and in-service training so as to promote their professional development and improve teaching. However, there are many problems in the professional development of rural female teachers, such as the low quality, the inadequate motivation and the dissatisfactory effect and so on. It is an important inspira- tion for our country to research on these problems in rethinking the professional develop- ment of rural teachers in elementary education.
