摘  要:以嘉兴产栝楼为试验材料,采用索氏提取法研究不同溶剂对栝楼籽提油率的影响,并获得最佳的提取溶剂;通过单因素试验和正交试验研究超声波辅助提取栝楼籽油的最佳工艺条件,并获得最高提取率。试验结果表明:乙醚的提油率最高,超声波辅助提取时料液比为1∶6(g/mL)、浸提温度为50℃、浸提时间为20 min栝楼籽油提油率最高。Trichosanthes kirilowii seed were purchased from jiaxing. Soxhlet extraction method was adopted to study the influence of different solvents on trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil extraction rate , and the best extraction solvent was obtained. Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental study on the ultrasonic assisted extraction, the optimum process conditions and the highest extraction yield of trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil was obtained. The experimental results showed that the best solvent was ethyl ether. Material liquid ratio was 1∶6 (g/mL), leaching temperature was 50℃, leaching time to 20 min was the best extraction process.
