摘　　要：系统使用ASP语言，采用SQL Server数据库和JavaScript技术，设计实现一套基于WEB技术的全面绩效考核系统。在系统中使用Rational统一过程（RUP）为软件开发方法，以统一建模语言（UML）为分析设计描述语言。阐述了本系统的各个模块的功能，以及各模块和后台数据库的具体设计与实现。System using ASP language, using SQL Server database and JavaScript technology, design and implementation of a comprehensive performance evaluation system based on WEB technology. Using the Rational unified process in the sys-tem （RUP） for software development methodology, with a unified modeling language （UML） for the analysis and design descrip-tion language. Describes the various modules of the system function, and the specific design of each module and the backstage da-tabase and implementation.
