摘 要:许多大城市公交车均配备GPS定位系统,系统收集的数据为城市交通规划与管控提供决策支持.然而考虑到数据的传输、存储成本及功能需求,目前公交GPS数据的采样间隔多为30秒,由于公交GPS数据的低采样率问题,其很少被用来估计信号交叉口的延误.为有效利用现有数据,降低交叉口延误获取成本,本文针对欠采样的公交GPS数据,提出了一种获得交叉口车辆平均控制延误的新方法.在研究欠采样GPS数据的基础上,通过对车辆在交叉口运行特性的分析,建立欠采样数据下车辆在交叉口的加减速模型,估算交叉口延误值.利用交叉口直行方向公交车的数据验证了该方法的实用性与有效性.Many transit agencies have deployed global position (GPS) systems on a portion of their transit vehicle fleets.Data from the system are often used for service performance reporting and for service planning.Considering the cost of data storage and transmission and functional requirement,the sampling interval of these GPS data are 30sec.Because of the low sampling rata,the bus GPS data are rarely used to estimate intersection delay.In order to make full use of these available data and improve the efficiency and lower the cost of intersection delay calculation,this paper proposes a method by these archived sub-sampling bus GPS data to measure the mean of transit vehicle control delay caused by signalized intersections.To identify signalized intersection delay,this paper analyzed vehicles' running characteristics at signalized intersection and proposed vehicles' acceleration and deceleration models based on sub-sampling bus GPS data.The proposed method is demonstrated with data of straight-line direction of buses at signalized intersection.The results suggest that the proposed method has practical application for the identification of signalized intersection delay.
