摘　　要：在分析产业变革与技术创新关系的基础上,阐述了产业变革规律对科技型企业技术创新的影响,提出了产业变革中科技型企业技术创新路径选择策略,指出产业分叉中的科技型企业应选择根本性产品创新策略,通过自主开发、合作研发和技术引进实现新产品开发;产业继承中的科技型企业应选择渐进性产品创新策略,通过技术集成、技术融合和工艺流程再造实现对原有产品的更新改造;产业转移中的科技型企业应选择根本性产品创新策略,通过技术转让、技术扩散和技术创造实现新产品开发。This paper describes industrial revolution rules and their impacts on technological innovation of science and tech-nology enterprises based on analyzing the relationship betw een industrial revolution and technological innovation ,presents the selection strategies of technological innovation paths for science and technology enterprises in industrial revolution , points out that science and technology enterprises in industrial branch should chose radical product innovation strategy , they may use independent development ,cooperative research and technology import to develop new products ;science and technology enterprises in industrial inheritance should chose progressive product innovation strategy ,they may use tech-nology integration ,technology fusion and process reengineering to renovate existing products ;science and technology en-terprises in industrial transfer should chose radical product innovation strategy ,they may use technology transformation , technology diffusion and technology creation to develop new products .
