摘  要:为比较笼养模式与散养模式对地方鸡种产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响,本研究随机选取600只1日龄北京油鸡,并在笼养至16周后分为笼养组和散养组两个群体进行饲养,除饲养模式外其他条件均相同。分别记录两个鸡群的产蛋性能指标,并于30、35、40周龄时检测两鸡群的蛋品质,对收集的数据进行分析比较。结果表明,散养方式降低了北京油鸡的产蛋性能,具体表现在,散养组平均产蛋率比笼养组低5.49%;笼养组料蛋比为3.39,散养组则高达6.10。在蛋品质方面,散养组脏蛋率上升、破蛋率下降,对蛋壳品质和化学组成指标影响不大,蛋黄颜色加深,蛋白高度和哈氏单位有所下降。因此,养殖场在选择养殖模式时,应综合考虑产品特点、消费市场等因素,根据需求选择相应的养殖方式。To compare the influence of the conventional cage system and free-range system on the laying performance and egg quality of local chicken breeds,600 one-day-age Beijing Yon chickens were selected. After raised in cages until 16 wks of age,the chickens were divided into two groups (300 in each)and raised in conventional cage system and free-range system,respectively. All other feeding conditions were the same. Laying performance and egg quality traits at 30, 35 and 40 wks of age were collected for the chickens from the two systems. The results showed that the free- range system declined the laying performance. Laying percentage of free-range system was 5.49% lower than cage system. Feed conversion ratio of cage system was 3.39,but as high as 6.10 for the free-range system. In terms of egg quality,the dirty egg percentage was increased,and the broken egg percentage was decreased in the free-range system. Egg shell quality and chemical related index were less affected by the raising systems. Yolk color was deepened,while the egg white quality decreased in the free-range system. Therefore, the production characteristics and the market requirements should be taken into account when farmers decide which raising systems would be used.
