摘　　要：参照魏淑华编制的职业认同问卷(包括4个维度:角色价值观、职业行为倾向、职业价值观、职业归属感)对282名贵州省特岗教师职业认同状况进行了调查,结果显示贵州省特岗教师的职业认同程度较高,总平均分4.22,并提出了提高特岗教师职业认同的对策与建议。With the professional identity questionnaires designed by Wei Shuhua （ including four dimensions such as value of role, career behavior orientation, value of career, and sense of belonging for career）, an investigation for professional identity of 282 special post teachers in Guizhou Province was carried out. The study suggests that the degree of the subjects＇professional identity is rather high, averaging 4.22, and then it proposes suggestions to enhance the professional identity of special post teachers.
