摘 要:选取蓝宝石、钻石、翡翠、岫玉等宝石材料进行Be、Ti、Cr、H离子的注入实验,并对注入后的部分样品进行了热处理实验。采用能量色散型X射线荧光能谱仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、红外光谱仪对样品进行了测试。结果表明,样品经过离子注入处理后,表面光泽普遍明显增强;Be离子不是致色元素,也可影响宝石颜色;钻石注入H离子后颜色显著变成黄褐色;山东蓝宝石注入Ti离子后颜色变鲜艳,说明其颜色深是由富Fe贫Ti所致;不同温度热处理后,样品的外观没有出现较明显的变化,稳定性较好。激光烧蚀等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)、能量色散型X射线荧光能谱仪(EDXRF)是离子注入检测的重要手段。The ion implantation technique has gained compelling results in fields of technolo- gy, except in jewelry industry. In order to discuss the application of ion implantation tech- nique in jewelry industry and the colouring mechanism of gemstone, the authors selected sapphire, diamond, topaz, jadeite, serpentine as the testing samples, which were implanted by Be, Ti, Cr and H ions. The testing samples before and after ion implantation treatment were observed and tested by EDXRF, UV-Vis, FTIR, as well as heat treatment at different temperature. The results show that the luster of the samples after ion implantation treat- ment is improved obviously. The colour of the samples could be changed by Be ion implanta- tion treatment. The colour of diamond sample becomes yellowish-brown after H ion implan- tation treatment. TP~ is implanted in the sapphire samples from Shandong Province, so the colours become gorgeous and brighter, which indicates that the dark colour is due to high content of Fe ion and low content of Ti ion. After heat treatment at different temperature, the external appearance of samples does not change obviously. ICP-MS and EDXRF are im- portant methods for testing ion implantation of gemstones.
