摘　　要：通过对进口环节的工作流程进行优化,将以往纵向方式改为横向执行方式,充分节约了执行时间;自主研发了外贸代理管理系统,对各环节的办理时限进行了进度管理,全面提高了各环节的执行效率;为用户设计了进度查询与档案下载功能,并设立三方交流平台,极大地便利了用户的工作;对外贸代理公司进行科学管理与严格考核,从根本上提升了服务质量与效率。在保障资金安全和物资质量的前提下,最终有效提高了采购效率。High-quality and efficient material procurement import link is a necessary condition to ensure the normal work of teaching and research. Through the workflow optimization, changing previous vertical mode to horizontal sufficiently, process period is shorten. With our foreign trade agency management system exclusively developed, managing processing time of all aspects, and efficiency of the implementations are significant improved. System provides progress inquiry and file download functions, which give user great convenience. Due to the scientific management and strict assessment, service quality and efficiency of foreign trade agency are improved radically. In the premise of ensuring the safety of funds and material quality, the efficiency of procurement are ultimately improved.
