高等学校实验教学管理问题研究状况探析

摘　　要：实验教学是培养大学生创新精神和实践能力的重要途径,实验教学管理则是保障完成这一人才培养目标的重要组成部分,因此,近几年对于实验教学管理的研究越来越多,逐渐成为高等教育研究热点之一。论文采用文献检索、定量统计与定性分析相结合的方法,从文献数量增长趋势、关键词分析、杂志分布、学科分布、机构分布等方面,全面梳理了当前我国高校实验教学管理问题的研究状况,详细描述了实验教学管理职能改革、实验教学管理模式改革和实验教学管理系统研发等研究重点,分析了当前研究中存在的诸如理论指导缺乏、教学与管理问题混淆和管理研究队伍不稳定等主要问题,同时着眼于未来能更好地开展研究,提出将管理职能集中、在研究中引入理论支撑和加强学科交叉与融合等主要建议。The experimental teaching is an important way in the process of fostering student innovation ability, and the experimental teaching management is the key issue to achieving achieve the goal of the training objectives, therefore, research on the experimental teaching management is growing, and becomes the focus of higher education in recent years. In this article, combining the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis and literature retrieval, the author made an intensive study of research status in growth of the papers, keywords, journal, disciplines, and institutions, described the research emphases on change of function, the reform of management, and development and information system, deeply analyzed the existing problems such as lack of theory guidance, confusion of teaching and management, instable faculties and so on. It also put forward some advices such as centralized management, joining the theory support and enhancing cross of disciplines for future research.
