摘 要:针对软件工程专业存在毕业生与企业需求的应用型人才不相适应的现象,结合协同创新平台建设和该校软件工程专业人才培养目标,探索软件工程专业协同创新性实践教学体系:从课程实验教学、实训平台建设、创新训练、协同培养等方面提出软件工程专业多维实践教学模式。课程实验包括验证性实验、综合设计性实验和课程设计,强化综合设计性实验的比例;建设软件开发实训室、软件研发中心、校外实训基地;加强创新能力训练,开展各类科研训练和学科竞赛;企业参与人才培养方案制定和实施。校企共建并应用实训创新平台,协同培养具有实践能力、创新能力和团队精神的应用型人才。According to the mismatch phenomena between software engineering graduates and enterprise needs of applied talents, the construction of collaborative innovation platform and our talent training target of software engineering major, innovative practice teaching system of software engineering major is discussed. The practice teaching mode is proposed from course practice teaching, construction of practical training platform, innovation training and collaborative training. The practice teaching includes confirmatory experiments, integrated design experiment and curriculum design. Among these the integrated design experiment is strengthened. The training room for software development, software research and development center and practical training room outside school are built. The innovation ability training is improved, various research training and academic competitions are developed. Enterprises participate in the implementation of talent training. College and enterprise build and collaboratively cultivate the applied talents with practical ability, creativity plan and platform.
