摘 要:实验教学是高校教学的重要组成部分,是培养大学生实践能力、创新能力和综合能力的关键性环节。结合应用化学专业的培养目标,立足于独立学院的特殊性,以培养"应用型人才"为中心,围绕教师"因材施教"、学生"学以致用"的基本原则,从构建实验课程新体系、优化专业实验、改革实验教学方法、开放实验室及改进实验成绩考核方式等方面介绍了具有独立学院特色的应用化学实验教学改革与实践。通过实践表明,优化后的实验教学体系对培养"厚基础、宽口径、重实践、强能力、高素质"的应用化学专业应用型人才具有十分重要的意义,这些改革措施充分体现了学生的主体地位,有利于进一步推动应用化学实验教学水平的提升,提高学生的培养质量。Experimental teaching is an important part of higher education, and is the key to the cultivation of students' practice, innovation and comprehensive ability. Taking into consideration of the specialized cultivating goal and based on the characteristics of the independent college, reform and practice of applied chemistry experiment teaching were introduced, and better effect was obtained. The new experimental teaching system of application chemistry contained optimization of experimental, reform of experimental teaching methods, open laboratory, improving experimental performance evaluation system and so on. The experimental teaching of independent college was application-oriented training, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and studying for the purpose of application. The principal status of students was strengthened and their initiative creativeness, experimental skills and practical ability were cultivated. Practice showed that the experiment teaching system played a very significant role in cultivating the applied talents of applied chemistry speciality. It provided a solid foundation, wide caliber, enough practice, great ability and high quality. These proposed reform measures were helpful to promote the teaching level and improve college students' quality.
