摘 要:作为应用性极强的本科专业,生产实习和质量管理是食品质量与安全专业最为重要的教学环节,直接关系到毕业生的就业水平与就业质量,并与整个食品行业的发展与进步密切相关。提升高校食品质量与安全专业学生的实践创新能力,提高毕业生的专业水准与就业层次,是教学体制改革与科学技术创新一体化实施进程中亟待解决的问题。论文就如何充分发挥科研的龙头优势作用,推进食品质量与安全专业教学科研一体化实习基地的实践运作及管理创新进行探讨,以科研为核心,辐射带动该专业的教学实效提升与毕业生的实践能力强化,为教学改革启迪新思路与提供有益借鉴。As a undergraduate major with a wide range of application, the food quality and safety discipline contains the a most vital important teaching links of production practice and quality management. These This directly concerns the level and quality of graduate employments, and are is closely related to the development and progress of the entire food industry. Improving the practical and innovative capabilities of undergraduates majored in food quality and safety, raising the professional standards and employment levels of graduate students are both key problems to be solved in the integration process which combined reformation of teaching system as well as science and technology innovation. This paper explores how to play to the leading role in scientific research, promote the practices operation and management innovation for an integration mode of practice bases combined teaching and research serving for the subject of food quality and safety, and make great contributions to update teaching effectiveness, and enhance graduates' practical ability. It also aims to inspire new ideas and provide useful references for teaching education reform.
