基于战略合作的高校生源基地建设机制与策略研究

摘　　要：中国高等教育仍呈资源扩张及规模扩大之势,但与之相反,高考适龄人口已呈连年下滑趋势,加之对学校质量越来越"挑剔"等,高校生源竞争日趋激烈,办学压力显著增大,并大有向高中等下游学校蔓延之势。面对相似的压力与挑战,大学、中学协同应对成为一种必然选择。提出基于战略合作视野,以生源基地为纽带和依托,规划高校与中学之间新型合作关系,实现优势互补、互利共赢、协同发展,并着重对生源基地建设的机制与策略进行研究、设计,以提高可操作性。With the expansion of higher education resources and the expansion of enrollment,but the opposite,entrance-age population has shown a downward trend in recent years,students choose colleges increasingly＂picky＂and so on.Therefore,the competitive of college admissions is the more intense,the colleges operations pressure increased significantly and the trend spread to downstream schools.This article plan the new partnership between universities and secondary schools based on the strategic cooperation vision and as a link and relying by students sources base in order to achieve complementary advantages,mutual benefit and joint development.Further,the mechanisms and strategies for establishing students sources base is researched and planned to improve operability.
