摘　　要：《史记》的成书必须具备复杂的主客观条件:大汉朝的政治历史条件、史学自身发展的必然、司马谈之临终遗命是《史记》成书的客观条件;司马迁本人的史才、史德、史志是《史记》成书的主观条件,只有这两方面的条件同时具备,才能够成就这部伟大的著作。The creation of Historical Records must possess complex subjective and objective conditions： Han Dynasty political and historical conditions, the inevitable achievements of historical development of that time and Sima Tan＇ s last words before his death were the objective conditions of Historical Records ; Sima Qian＇ s own ability, virtue morals and his great dream were the sub-jective conditions of Historical Records. Only if these two conditions are satisfied at the same time, could this great work be accom-plished.
