摘　　要：从时代的要求、发挥教育职能的需要和读者潜在的心理需求等几个方面阐述了图书馆空间艺术化的必要性。在介绍国外大学图书馆空间艺术化的实践的基础上,剖析了中国大学图书馆馆容馆馆貌现状及原因,提出对中国大学图书馆空间艺术化的思考和建议。The paper elaborates the necessity of library space art in terms of the demand of the times, requirements of playing educational function and the user＇ s psychological needs. On the basis of introducing the practice of foreign university library space art, the paper analyses the situation of appearance of university library in our country and the reasons of the state. Finally the paper puts forward some considerations and suggestions on space art of university library in our country.
