军校图书馆开展“读书节”活动的成功经验

摘　　要：军校图书馆举办"读书节"活动取得了四点成功经验:一是提炼主题,紧扣校园文化建设;二是丰富内容,吸引读者广泛参与;三是注重实效,融合发展常规服务;四是锻炼队伍,提升馆员综合素质。这些经验可资军内外图书馆借鉴参考。There are some successful experience of ＂reading festival＂ hold by military universities： the first is selecting suitable subject, it should be connected with university culture closely; the second is enriching the content, it should attract more readers; the third is attaching importance to actual effect, it should develop routine services of library; the fourth is training librarians, it should promote librarian＇ s comprehensive quality. All sorts of libraries can draw lessons from above experience.
