摘  要:目的依托医院信息化平台,探索科学的急诊科护理工作绩效考核方法,提高护理管理效率。方法通过"军卫一号"医院信息系统、移动输液系统等信息化平台,采集临床工作量数据,并结合护理工作质量、效益,综合考核急诊预检分诊、输液室、抢救室、留观室、监护室等岗位或护理单元护士的工作绩效,实现数字化管理的目的。结果从2011年1月至2012年12月实施新的急诊护理绩效考核体系,管理人员每季度完成绩效考核的时间从原来的(35.0±1.46)min缩短至(11.5±0.63)min,差异有统计学意义(t=29.57,P<0.01);临床护理人员对考核结果的满意度从87.25%上升到96.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=200.00,P<0.01)。结论利用医院信息平台实施急诊科护理绩效考核,可以为管理者科学管理提供客观、便捷的方法,实现自动、高效、全面的考核。Objective To study the nursing performance appraisal of emergency room and improve the effi- ciency of nursing management based on the hospital informatization platform.Methods The clinical work- load data of emergency room were collected from the hospital information system and mobile infusion sys- tem, and combined with the quality of clinical nursing and benefits properly, all the working performance in the emergency room were assessed, including triage, infusion room, resuscitation room, observation room and ICU,to realize the digital management of the information. Results From Jan 2011 to Nov 2012,the time of assessment had been shortened from (35.0±1.46)minutes to (11.5±0.63) minutes after the imple- mentation of new performance appraisal system. The degree of satisfaction about the assessment result from the clinical staff had been increased from 87.25% to 96.78%(X2 =200.00,P〈0.01).Conclusion By using hospital informatization platform to implement nursing performance appraisal can help nursing managers to make scientific decisions in an easier way,and efficiently exert its nursing management effect.
