摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理评估在脑卒中患者肢体功能任务导向法训练中的应用。方法便利抽样法选择2010年2月至2012年2月在全军神经疾病诊疗康复中心治疗的60例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),两组患者均接受任务导向法训练,观察组患者增加康复专科护士的护理评估。入院时、发病60d及90d后,采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表及改良Barthel指数比较两组患者的肢体功能状况和日常生活活动能力。发病90d后,比较两组患者的满意度。结果实施康复护理干预后,观察组患者肢体运动、日常活动能力、满意度等指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在脑卒中患者肢体功能任务导向法训练中增加康复护理评估,能有针对性地帮助患者恢复肢体功能,提高其日常生活活动能力。Objective To discuss effects of rehabilitation nursing assessment in task oriented training of extremity function on stroke patients.Methods By convenience sampling,totally 60patients were randomly selected and divided into control group（n=30）and observation group（n=30）.Two groups were both received task-oriented method,while the observation group was also received nursing assessment from rehabilitation specialist nurses.Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale of limb function and modified Barthel index were used to compared the limb function status and daily living ability of two groups of patients on admission,at 60dand 90dof stroke.The satisfaction rate of two groups were compared at 90 days of stroke happening.Results After the implementation of the rehabilitation nursing intervention,the limb motor function,daily activity function,satisfaction level of patients in observation group were better than which in control group（P0.05or P0.01）.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing assessment can effectively promote the recovery of patient＇s limbs function and improve their daily living activity ability.
