摘　　要：实践教学是师范生职业能力和综合素质培养的重要载体和有效渠道,构建高职师范专业的实践教学体系就是要科学厘定其构成要素,充分发挥各要素的功能,合理配置教学资源,全程培养师范生的教育实践能力和实践智慧,凸显专业的师范属性,提高高职师范专业的育人质量。Practice teaching is the important carrier and effective channel of normal students＇ vocational competence and comprehensive quality cultivation. To set up practice teaching system of normal students in higher vocational colleges, we must scientifically determine its component factors, give a full play to the factors, and rationally distribute teaching resources as to cultivate normal students＇ education practice corhpetence and wisdom and improve the education quality of higher vocational colleges.
