摘 要:随着全球环境问题的日益严峻,技术与环境关系的问题成为学术界争论的焦点。对技术持乐观主义的浅层生态学把由技术造成的环境问题解决的希望寄托给技术本身的发展,与其针锋相对的技术悲观主义则对技术充满失望。深层生态学辩证地超越了这两种态度,指出:技术是中立性的,其价值和效用关键要看生长出这种技术的社会价值观念、人类行为方式、社会政治、经济和文化机制。为此,深层生态学呼唤一种深沉的社会变革,要求全球范围内的绿党政治,以实现生态系统的稳定、健康和美感。With the increasing severity of global environmental problem,the relationship between technology and environment has become a hot issue of academic debate. The shallow ecology,holding the view of technological optimism,entrusts the hope of the environmental problems' solution to the development of the technology itself. On the contrary,the technological pessimism is full of disappointment to technology. The deep ecological theory dialectically surpasses the two ideas and indicates that technology is neutral and that its value and utility is due to technology' s social values,human behavior,and political,economic and cultural mechanism of society. Therefore,the deep ecology calls for a profound social reform and a kind of global green party politics for making the ecological system stable,healthy and beautiful.
