摘　　要：针对东部煤电化发展现状中人才短缺的现状,提出基于校企合作的应用型人才培养模式的问题研究。研究要建立在对煤电化人才需求的充分调研基础上,并围绕教学计划修订、实训基地建设、双师型师资培养、无缝持续性指导与管理的学习支持服务平台以及教学评价机制等环节,阐述培养模式的核心问题,为东部煤电化应用人才培养教学改革提供操作性强的指导。In view of the current situation of shortage of talent development status of the eastern coal in this study,the model of training applied talents based on school enterprise cooperation. Research should be based on sufficient investigation demand for coal based on talent, and the modification of teaching plan, the construction of practice training base, double qualified teacher training, seamless continuous guidance and management of learning support service platform and teaching evaluation mechanism and other sectors, the cultivation of the core mode, to provide practical guidance for the East coal application personnel training teaching reform.
