摘 要:目的了解江干区8个农贸市场所售蔬菜中12种有机磷农药残留状况,为农药残留的安全性评估提供科学依据。方法从江干区区属范围的8个乡镇街道中各取一个有代表性的农贸市场采集各类蔬菜样品,用气相色谱法测定。结果本次调查对象主要为叶菜类蔬菜,占51.7%;共检测蔬菜样209份,其中28份检出,检出率13.4%;5份超标,超标率2.39%。芸薹属类和叶菜类中12种农药的检出率明显高于其他种类蔬菜。主要检出甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷和氧化乐果3种农药。外地蔬菜与本地蔬菜的检出率与超标率间差异无统计学意义。结论江干区农贸市场所售蔬菜中农药残留检出率较高且存在超标现象,相关部门应采取措施,加强监管力度,降低蔬菜中农药残留量,保护消费者健康。Objective To understand the status of 12 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides residue in 8 farmers' markets of Jianggan district,so as to provide scientific evidence for safety assessment. Methods The vegetable samples were collected from one typical farmer's market of each township or neighborhood of Jianggan district to detect the pesticides residues by gas chromatography. Results Leaf vegetables were dominant in this detection,accounting for 51. 7%. A total of 209 vegetable samples were detected,the detection rate was 13. 4%(28 /109),and the over- limit rate was 2. 39%(5 /209). The positive rate of organophosphorus pesticides residues in Brassica and Leaf vegetables were obviouslly higher than that in others. Methamidophos,acephate and omethoate were found frequent in the 12 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides. The differences had no statistical significance both in the detection rates and the over- limit rates between nonlocal vegetables and local vegetables. Conclusion High detection rate and over- limit rate of organophosphorus pesticides were found in vegetables of farm's market of Jianggan district,so the relevant departments should take measures to reduce the organophosphorus pesticides residual level to protect the health of consumers.
