摘 要:本文从分析当前医患关系紧张社会现象的文化本质切入,阐述了文化与文化主体、医学文化与医学模式的哲学关系、医学文化复合主体与医患关系等观点,分析了医学文化理念扭曲与医患关系紧张的相关性,描述了医学文化理念扭曲导致医学教育相关观念错位给医学教育造成的困境。在此基础上,明确提出要特别关注医学文化理念扭曲造成医学教育观念错位的问题,要清楚认识医学教育观念错位给医学教育带来的战略性的危害;同时呼吁,在当前医学人文环境非常不利的情况下,医学教育在医学生培养过程中必须坚守住5个精神底线。With the analysis of the current tense doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of culture, the paper is to elaborate the concept of culture and culture subject, the philosophical relationship between medical culture and medical education model, and the link between the comprehensive medical culture subjects and the doctor-patient relationship;to analyze the correlation between the distorted medical culture concepts and the tense doctor-patient relationship; and to describe the dilemma where medical education is put, in which the distortion of the medical culture ideology causes the dislocation of the medical education. Based on the analysis and elaboration, the paper states specifically that there needs to be focused on the distortion problem of medical education concepts as well its hazards on the development of medical education. The paper also put forward the idea that the five spirit baselines in medical education can’ t be crossed, even in the contemporary unfavorable social circumstances.
