摘　　要：本文以南华大学近30余年来临床医学专业毕业生的就业去向资料为基础数据，运用数理统计分析方法，从行业、地域、区位等维度进行全面系统分析，以探讨临床医学专业毕业生服务地方的实际情况与办学定位的契合度，阐述地方高校临床医学专业在地方医疗卫生人才培养领域的独特地位和社会价值，为地方高校合理定位、特色发展提供参考依据。This text is based on the example of University of South China, taking the materials of clinical medicine graduates ’ employment whereabouts for more than 30 years since its foundation as the basic data,using the mathematical statistic analysis technique and carrying out the overall system analysis from the dimensions of industries, regions, locations, etc. This article explores the fit between the graduates’ actual serving situation and school-running orientation, expounds the unique status and social value of local university clinical medical specialty in the field of cultivation for public health experts, and provides reference of reasonable orientation and characteristic development for local universities.
