摘　　要：目的从研究生和导师层面调查临床医学专业硕士研究生临床技能培养现状，分析影响因素，探讨改革对策。方法对某省874名临床医学专业硕士研究生和445名导师进行问卷调查。结果研究生临床工作时间相对不足、导师带教学生过多、考核与监管不足等影响了临床医学专业硕士研究生的培养质量。结论强化临床技能考核管理，完善培养模式，改革教育理念，拓展教学方法，对保证并全面提高研究生临床技能培养质量具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the clinical skills training situation in terms of master graduates and graduate teachers, to analyze the influential factors, and to discuss the reforming countermeasures. Methods Giving a questionnaire survey to 874 clinical medicine master graduates and 445 graduate teachers. Results The quality of clinical skills training has been influenced by insufficient working hours of clinical medicine master graduates, lacking of graduate teachers, and inadequate qualification tests and regulation. Conclusions It is needed to improve the management of clinical skills evaluation, perfect the training model, reform the teaching principle, and develop new teaching methods, which plays an important role in ensuring and comprehensively improving the clinical skills training quality.
