摘　　要：本文结合中铁二院工程集团有限责任公司的技术创新实践,分析了工程咨询企业技术创新的特点、作用与意义,探讨了工程咨询企业的技术创新途径以及实施技术创新的保障措施。According to the practice of technical innovation in China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd, characteristics, function and significance of technical innovation for engineering consulting enterprise are analyzed, while approaches of technical innovation and the safeguards for implementing the innovation are explored.
