论新时期高校青年教师的师德建设

摘　　要：高校青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高校教育教学、科学研究、思政工作与行政管理的中坚力量。当今高校青年教师具有新时代所赋予的优良品德,其大多数人思想素质是好的,但也有部分青年教师表现出道德意识淡薄、思想行为偏离师德要求的一面,亟需进行师德重建。本文在重新审视高校青年教师师德现状的基础之上,提出了进一步优化高校青年教师师德建设的途径与方法:健全青年教师师德管理工作;完善青年教师师德制度建设;加强青年教师师德教育培训;发挥青年教师先进典型示范作用;营造青年教师师德建设良好氛围。As an important part of college teachers, college young teachers play a significant role in college teaching, scientific research, ideological work, and administration affairs. Most of college young teachers are of good ethics endowed by new period, whereas some appear to lack moral consciousness with thoughts and behaviors deviating from teachers ethics that need to be rebuilt. This paper put forward the effective ways to optimize the construction of college young teachers ethics on the basis of reviewing the current situation of their ethics. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the administration of young teachers ethics, perfect the construction of young teacher＇s ethics system, strengthen the education and training of teacher ethics, exert the influence of advanced young teachers exemplary role, and create a right atmosphere for the construction of young teacher s ethics.
