摘　　要：教学质量是高等教育的生命线,加强教学质量监控保障体系建设,建立健全教学质量监控长效机制,是高等教育教学质量取得持续发展的关键。高校本科教学质量监控保障体系的设计应以科学系统、能动导向、动态发展为原则,通过构建教学管理系统、教学监督系统、教学评估系统的教学质量监控长效机制,以促进教学文化、教学内涵和人才培养质量的不断提升。The quality of teaching is the lifeblood of higher education and it is the key to the sustainable development of the teaching quality of higher education to strengthen the establishment of teaching-quality monitoring security system and build the improved teaching quality monitoring long-term mechanism. Universities should take scientific system, active guidance and dynamic development as a principle and design the undergraduate teaching-quality monitoring security system, and promote the continuous improvement of the qualities of teaching culture, teaching contents and personnel training by building the teaching-quality monitoring long-term mechanism of teaching management, supervision and evaluation systems.
