摘 要:为在保证安全的前提下,有效增加空域容量、提高管制员工作效率,研究航空器穿越飞行高度层之前所需的最小纵向间隔。综合考虑飞行技术误差、导航误差和监视误差等因素的影响,建立航空器穿越飞行高度层模型、飞机动力学模型和航迹控制模型。运用蒙特卡洛方法,模拟航空器穿越飞行高度层,计算不同初始间隔下的危险冲突概率得到所需最小纵向安全间隔,最后对计算结果修正取整。结果表明:在不同起始高度层时穿越爬升所需安全间隔分别为65,15 km和80,15 km;通过提高监视设备的精确性、采用反馈航迹控制模型等手段能获得更小的安全间隔。The cross flight levels aircrafts required minimum longitudinal separation was studied in order that airspace capacity can be increased and air traffic controller's work efficiency can be improved. A model was built for aircraft crossing flight levels. An aircraft dynamics model and a trajectory control model were built. The Monte-Carlo method was used to simulate aircrafts crossing the flight levels. The conflict probabilities of two aircraft under different conditions of initial separations were calculated by Monte-Carlo method. The minimum longitudinal separation was corrected and rounded in order to help air traffic controller to facilitate memory. The required initial separation of aircraft for crossing flight levels by aircraft at different initial height are 65 km,15 km and 80 km,15 km. By improving the accuracy of surveillance equipment and using path feedback control modes,smaller safe separations can be obtained.
