地方应用型大学专业实验课程之改革与实践——以滁州学院食品质量与安全专业为例

摘　　要：针对食品企业快速发展的需要和地方应用型大学的定位,进行食品质量与安全专业的专业实验课程改革。从专业实验课程教学团队结构、实验项目内容构建、专业实验教学质量评价体系等方面进行改革实践课程改革激发了学生专业实验学习的积极性和主动性,提高了学生的专业基本技能,增强了学生综合运用专业知识指导实践的能力,使专业培养人才与企业需要挂钩。In allusion to the needs of rapid development of food enterprises and to the applied talents target positioning of local application -oriented university ,major experimental courses of food quality and safety specialty had been reforming in major teaching team structure ,the contents of the lab project , experiment teaching quality evaluation systems and other aspects of the reform practice .The reform in the experiment course inspired the positivity and initiative of w hich students learn major experiment , improve the major basic skills of students ,enhance the students＆#39;comprehensive ability to use major knowledge to guide practice .There is a close relationship between what schools are producing and what companies need through the reform to major experimental courses .
