摘 要:建立了固相微萃取(Solid phase microextraction,SPME)与气相色谱-质谱(Gas chromatography and mass spectrometer,GC-MS)联用测定水体中16种多环芳烃的快速分析方法.对固相微萃取纤维的类型、萃取时间、萃取温度及搅拌速度等萃取条件进行了考察和优化.结果表明,最佳萃取条件为100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)涂层的萃取头,萃取时间40 min,萃取温度35℃,搅拌速度480 r·min-1.该分析方法的检测限为0.006—0.008 ng·mL-1,线性范围为0.01—50 ng·mL-1,线性相关系数0.9815—0.9982,RSD<10.10%.最后,采用此方法测定了太湖水体中的16种多环芳烃,实际水体加标回收率在70.31%—118.52%,在4个采样点中有2个采样点检测出萘,其他PAHs未检出.A rapid and precise method was developed for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ( PAHs ) in water by solid-phase microextraction ( SPME ) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC/MS ) . The key extraction parameters influencing extraction efficiency, such as the type of SPME fiber, extraction time, extraction temperature and stirring speed were investigated and optimized. The result shows that the optimized extraction was carried out at 35 ℃ for 40 min using 100μm polydimethylsiloxane ( PDMS ) fiber with stirring speed of 480 r·min-1 . The limits of detection were 0.006-0.008 ng·mL-1 . Good linearity was also observed in the range of 0. 01-50 ng·mL-1 with correlation coefficients varying from 0. 9815 to 0. 9982. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 16 PAHs in water samples of Taihu Lake with good recovery rate from 70.3%-118.5%. Naphthalene was detected in the two of the four samples, and no other PAHs were detected in the water samples.
