摘　　要：在当今时代背景下,随着民众对医疗机构和医务工作者的要求提高,传统医学教育的改革迫在眉睫。而要很好的实现医学教育改革,要从学生的学习需求、教师的教学需求、患者的就医需求等多方面来综合考虑。只有这样才能适应新形势下的医疗需求,培养高素质医疗人才,顺利完成医学教育改革。Under the current situation,with the increased demands of medical facilities and thus institutions and personnel,the reform of the traditional medical education system is urgently needed.In order to achieve the required levels of medical education reforms,we need to comprehensively consider the training needs of the students,the teaching facility requirements of the teachers and the treatment and management needs of the patients.Only in this way,we can adapt to the medical demands of the new situation,train the qualified medical personnel adequately and successfully accomplish the planned reforms of the medical education system.
