摘  要:医学是科学与人文精神的结合,两者相辅相成才能最好地体现医学的本质属性。我科建立了一套"以医患沟通技能培养为主体、以参与式及服务式为特色"的医学生人文素质教育培训模式。运用形式多样的教学方法,使学生掌握医患沟通技能,医疗纠纷的防范与应对知识,提高医学法律和执业规范,培养医学生乐观思维、心理素质和挫折承受能力。Medicine is the combination of science and humanistic spirit,and the nature of medicine can be reflected only by complementing medicine and humanities with each other.Our department establishes a training model of humanistic quality education for medical students,with doctors and patients communication skills training as its main part,and participatory and service as its features.Various teaching methods make students master doctor patient communication skills and the knowledge of prevention and resolution for medical disputes,enhance medical legal and professional law regulations,and cultivate them to positive thinking,psychological quality as well as the ability to tackle failures.
