全面质量管理在内科学教学中的应用探讨

摘　　要：针对当前作者所在医院内科学教学的特点和存在的主要问题,在内科学教学中应用全面质量管理,围绕全面质量管理思想在教学中的以顾客为中心、过程管理这两个要素,探讨这两个要素的操作策略,以期提升教学质量,最终使学生、员工和学校持续发展。Considering the features and the main problems of internal medicine teaching,total quality management was used in the process of teaching.Customer-oriented and process-management are two important elements of the idea of total quality management.This paper discussed the operating strategies of these two elements in total quality management application,hope it will assist to the promoting of the quality of teaching and the sustainable development of the students,the faculties and the whole college.
