八年制医学生妇科临床见习带教的探讨

摘　　要：八年制医学教育是一种新的教育模式。为了最大化利用有限的教学资源,提高教学质量和教学效果,八年制临床见习教学应严格教学纪律,客观量化教师和学生的考核指标;灵活使用多种教学方法和教学形式,如信息分享、英文课件、警示病例、角色互换等,提高教学趣味性;创造实践机会,培养良好的医患沟通能力及临床思维能力。Eight-year program is a new model for medical education.In order to maximize the use of limited teaching resources and improve the quality and effect of teaching,clinical teaching should have strict discipline and objective quantitative evaluation system for both teachers and students and use various teaching methods and ways,such as information sharing,English-language presentations, warning cases and reversing roles.At the same time,practical opportunities should be created to develop students＇ ability of communication and clinical thinking.
