摘　　要：把握主旨和内在逻辑是教好《思想道德修养与法律基础》的前提。关于主旨,从意识形态与人学两个维度把握,就是为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供"四有"新人。关于该课程的内在逻辑,现有教材按照"思想(意识形态)—道德修养(人学)—法律基础"架构编排,其弊端是缺乏内在逻辑理路,不利于教与学。对治之道是本乎主旨的理解,运用"问题导向教学法",按照"道德修养(人学)—思想(意识形态)—法律基础"进行重构,显得更加清晰合理。It is the premise to grasp the gist and the internal logic to teach＂Moral Cultivationand Fundamentals of Law＂. To this course, the gist is to cultivate ＂Four Haves＂ people to realize thegreat rejuvenation of the Chinese nation from the perspective of ideology and humanity. The internallogic of the textbooks is not reasonable as arranged from ideology to humanity and law. With compari-son, the arrangement from humanity to ideology and law is better.
