摘  要:为探讨地方院校师范生抗挫折心理能力现状与特点,本研究采用"抗挫折心理能力问卷"对1240名地方院校师范生进行调查。结果发现:1.地方院校师范生抗挫折心理能力总体水平较高,各因子得分均处于中等偏上水平;2.地方院校师范生抗挫折心理能力存在显著的性别差异、年级差异、独生与非独生子女差异。In order to investigate the present situation and characteristics of local teachers college students' anti-frustration mental ability,this study decided to do a survey among 1240 local teachers college students by using a self-made"anti-frustration mental ability questionnaire". The results showed that:(1)anti-frustration mental ability of local teachers college students is strong in general, and the score of each factor is medium or over;(2)In terms of local teachers college students' anti-frustration mental ability, there exist distinct differences between sexes, grades, and children of one-child families and those of multi-child families.
