摘  要:在外贸行业转型升级的过程中,外贸英语技能型人才的供求失衡与错位反映出高职外贸英语专业教学设计的缺陷。为此,有必要以建构主义为指导,促使该专业的教学重心由教向学转移,以培养外贸英语职业能力为导向,强调实践、突出应用。建构主义教学设计与"政、校、行、企"协同创新机制相结合,势必为高职外贸英语专业在外贸英语技能型人才培养上与行业发展、企业需求同步创造有利条件,也为外贸英语技能型人才供求平衡提供可靠保障。In the process of the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade industry,the imbalance and mismatch in the supply and demand of skilled talents of foreign trade English reflects the defects in the teaching design of foreign trade English specialty in higher vocational education. In order to solve this problem,it is necessary for this specialty to shift the focus from teaching to learning and put emphasis on practice and application with the orientation towards the vocational abilities of foreign trade English under the guidance of constructivism. The combination of the constructive teaching design and the government-college-industry-enterprise mechanism of collaborative innovation is definite to create favorable conditions for the coordination in cultivating skilled talents of foreign trade English among the specialty,the industry and the enterprise,and meanwhile,firmly guarantee the balance in the supply and demand of skilled talents of foreign trade English.
