高职院校学生干部凝聚力、协调力、影响力、执行力素质培养探究

摘　　要：我国高等职业教育起步虽晚,但发展非常迅速,学生人数迅速增加,与此同时,高职院校的学生工作也面临着前所未有的挑战。而在学生工作中,学生干部起着非常重要的作用。但调查显示,高职院校学生干部存在着凝聚力不足、协调力不佳、影响力不够、执行力不强等素质能力问题。本文旨在分析高职院校学生干部素质问题的成因,探索培养的对策。The higher vocational education in China started late,but the development is very fast,and the number of students increases rapidly. At the same time,the student work in vocational colleges is faced with great challenges. Student cadre plays a very important role in the student work. However,the survey shows that lack of cohesion,poor coordination force,insufficient influence and poor executive power are the problems of student cadre in higher vocational colleges. This paper aims to analyze the causes of quality problems of student cadres in higher vocational colleges and explore training countermeasure.
