摘  要:目的研究在护理本科生灾害教育培训课中应用基于问题的学习(PBL)教学方法的教学效果。方法将80名参加灾害教育培训的护理本科生,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40人,观察组采用PBL教学;对照组40人采用传统理论授课加技能练习教学方法。结果观察组护生理论和操作技能知识考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护生80.0%以上认为PBL教学法能够提高学习兴趣、促进学习主动性、促进培养团队合作能力等,95.0%认为能有效的将理论与实践相结合,但42.5%认为增加了学习负担。结论在护理本科生灾害教育培训中应用PBL教学方法具有良好的教学效果。Objective To study the effect of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching method in disaster training course of nursing undergraduate.Methods Eighty undergraduates were randomly allocated to experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The experimental group was given Problem Based Learning teaching method.The control group was given the traditional theory teaching and skill training teaching method.Results In the experimental group,there were significant improvements in knowledge and skill knowledge score in comparison with the control group(P〈0.05). More than eighty percent of the experimental group undergraduates thought that PBL teaching method could improve the learning interest,learning initiative,and promote the cultivation of team cooperation ability,the ninety-five percent of the experimental group undergraduate thought they combined the theory with the practice effectively,but the forty-two percent of the experimental group undergraduate thought PBL increased the burden of learning.Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in disaster training course of nursing undergraduate education has the good teaching effect.
