摘　　要：高校辅导员职业化发展存在的问题导致其在现实中陷入困境,对这些问题进行分析,从国家、社会、高校和个人角度提出应对策略,明确辅导员职业定位,推动学科发展,规范职业发展体系,完善职业发展周期,为高校学生教育管理和思想政治教育理顺思路,完善机制,促进高等教育健康发展。Some problems occurring in the occupational development of college assistants give rise to some dilemma, the analysis on these problems and on the resolution from the point of view of nation, society, colleges and individuals. The occupational identification of college assistants, the subjects＇advancement, the improvement of oc- cupational development system and the occupational development period, the reconstruction of the college students education and their ideological and political education, the boost of educational mechanism, all these can be wrought to facilitate the higher education.
