体育教育专业学生系统性教育实习评价体系研究

摘　　要：文章结合当前基础教育对体育教育专业的要求,以多元智力理论和行为导向教学等理论为支撑,在专家访谈的基础上整合形成了体育教育专业学生系统性实习模式,构建了与之相适应的评价体系。该评价体系是具有多层次、多阶段、多主体、多因素的档案袋式评价,将全程评价、分段评价、适时评价相结合,在注重过程评价和促进学生发展的同时,使实习成绩的评价工作更加系统、客观、合理。The systemic teaching internship mode for college students majoring in physical education as well as the corresponding evaluation system is built, on the basis of expert interview and the theory of multiple intelligences and behavior-oriented teaching theory combined with the current basic education requirements. The evaluation system is a filed style mode which has multi-level, multi-stage, multiple subjects, and mukiple factors. It integrates whole period evaluation with segmentation evaluation and timely evaluation by paying more attention to process evaluation and promoting the students＇ abilities, at the same time, makes internship performance evaluation more systematic, objective and reasonable.
